How long does shipping take?

We prepare every order in 1–2 working days. Delivery within mainland Spain usually takes 24–72 hours once shipped. You will get an email with the tracking link as soon as it leaves.

Is there a shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the European Union on orders from €150. Below that amount a flat rate applies, which you will see at checkout before paying.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When we mark your order as shipped, we email you the carrier link. You can also see the status and tracking from “Your account → Orders”.

What is the returns policy?

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return the watch unworn and in its original packaging. Request it from “Your account → Orders → Return items”; if you bought without an account, write to us and we will explain the steps.

What warranty do the watches have?

Every NORDR comes with a 5-year warranty on the movement and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, knocks or misuse.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed securely and encrypted. We are finalising card and PayPal payments; we will let you know as soon as they are available.

How do I care for a mechanical watch?

If it is self-winding, it recharges with the movement of your wrist; if it has been sitting still, give the crown a few turns before putting it on. Avoid strong magnetic fields and have it serviced every 4–5 years.

Why are the series so small?

Accepted Answer

We make limited, numbered runs to look after quality and keep a close relationship with every owner. When a series sells out, it may not be repeated.
